1. Agreement
By purchasing the AI Visibility Audit or otherwise using answeriva.com, you agree to these terms. Answeriva operates this site and provides these services.
2. The service
The AI Visibility Audit is a diagnostic and implementation service delivered over a 30-day program: a baseline report (Week 1), technical foundations prepared for deployment (Weeks 2–3), and a re-measurement with results (Week 4). Continuous tracking, if purchased, is a separate month-to-month subscription.
3. Payment
The audit is a one-time payment of $499, charged at checkout through Stripe. Continuous tracking is $149/month, billed monthly until cancelled. Further optimization work is quoted and agreed separately before any charge.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not control what ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI system says about your business, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, mentions, or outcomes. We deliver an accurate assessment of your current visibility and implement recognized technical best practices to improve it.
5. Your responsibilities
Where implementation requires changes to your website, you are responsible for providing the access, approvals, or developer resources needed to deploy them, or for granting us access to do so directly. Delays on your side may delay the program timeline.
6. Refunds
If you cancel before we begin work on your baseline report, you’re entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are considered case by case — contact info@answeriva.com.
7. Cancellation
The audit is a single, non-recurring purchase with no contract. Continuous tracking can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Answeriva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
