Answeriva (“we,” “us”) operates answeriva.com and provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) audits and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We are registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

We collect information you provide directly — through the contact form (name, email, website, message) and through checkout (name, email, billing details, processed by Stripe). We also collect basic usage data through analytics (pages viewed, referring source, device type) to understand how the site is used.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the audit and related deliverables, process payments, operate the client dashboard, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that power the site: Stripe (payment processing), Google Firebase (hosting, database, and file storage), and our analytics provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
5. Data retention
We retain client and order records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet accounting and legal obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
